Our half board covers a rich breakfast-
and evening buffet, which you can take in the diningroom or on the
terrace.
During the day a variety of fresh dishes are also available in the restaurant.
We
are particularly proud of our well renown cretan (mediterranean)
kitchen, in which we serve exclusively serve fresh meals.We use only
the best ingredients, e.g. olive oil made from our own trees and partly
we have pork from our own animals. Fresh fruits an vegatables we get from this
area of Crete.
We pay a lot of attention to healthy nutrition but in addition the Cornflakes
are not missing.
We
serve our own locally made wines and - especially for the joy of our guests
- with them together we regularly brew Raki (cretan liquor from grapes),
which naturally must be tasted afterwards.
